At the time of its foundation New Spinnerets was able to offer exclusively refurbishing and repair services of pre-owned supply chains machineries. Following the demand growth it was possible to invest new funds into the creation of a specific productive department that could fully exploit the thirty years long experience in maching from billet of equipments and components.

Through research and constant dedication in the field New Spinnerets could expand its offer, developing with its engineering and consulting team new spin packs and extruders advanced enough to sustain the technological developing of the industry. This work was supported by a team of technicians that refined the constructive process enabling the execution of gradually more complex machining, never affecting the high quality standard.

New Spinnerets is directing all of its efforts towards environmental sustainability, totally aware that in order to be called so a sustainable developing system needs a sustainable production cycle top to bottom, rather than just its final product. With this in mind, a series of operation is enacted in order to cut the waste of commodities while employing green sources of energy. At the same time, thanks to partnerships with top tier companies, new extrusion processes are constantly under development in order to substitute polymers currently in use with recycled or recyclable alternatives, pushing boundaries up to biodegradable options.
